Registration Opens at 7:30 am with a Networking Continental Breakfast on Monday, March 24, 2025. The conference kicks off at 8:00 am and is filled with high-level speakers and topics.
On Monday evening (March 24), we hope you will attend the Deal Makers Networking Mixer & Dinner at the beautiful SUMMIT CLUB in Downtown Tulsa (ticketed event – additional charge). Dinner speaker TBD.
The second day will begin again in Allen Chapman Student Union, then continue with a powerhouse FINANCE PANEL, then into a group discussion on the million-dollar question, “Where Do We Go From Here?” The conference concludes with a networking lunch and STUDENT POSTER SESSION. We hope you’ll be able to talk with the students about their research in this area. This interaction will help foster their enthusiasm for this topic and give them some real-world feedback, examples, issues, and solutions to as they continue their studies.
