Substitutions:
If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute at any time during the conference. Please notify our office as soon can, so we can make arrangements.

Refunds:
All paid conference fees will be refunded in the unlikely event the conference is canceled. Those who have paid the registration fee and cancel on or after September 1, 2026 will receive a refund less an administrative fee of $295.00. Refunds will not be granted after the first day of the conference or for nonattendance. Those who cancel prior to September 1, 2026 will receive a full refund of their paid registration fee.
