If you are unable to attend a course, you may send a substitute at any time. Please notify our office as soon as you can if you must send a substitute.


Necessary transfer to another date requires notifying the CESE office before the start date of a seminar.  Transfer within the same year is not subject to rate increase.  Transfer outside of the original year of registration may be subject to any rate increase in the new year.  When registering as a group, the group fee only applies if each attendee in the group attends the class.  Persons not attending with their group will be subject to the regular tuition rate if transfer to another date is necessary.


All paid seminar fees will be refunded in the unlikely event the course is canceled. Those who cancel ten working days or less prior to the seminar start date will receive a refund less an administrative fee of $295.00.  Refunds will not be granted after class has begun or for nonattendance.

Cancellation Fee

Cancellation must be made at least 10 days prior to the seminar start date to receive a full refund.  Any cancellation made within ten days of the seminar start date will be subject to a $295.00 administrative fee.
