PARKING:
If you plan to drive and park near 101 ARCHER each day of the conference, we strongly recommend downloading the PARK MOBIL APP.
With the ParkMobile app, visitors to Downtown can pay for on-street parking anywhere with a simple touch of their smartphone. The pay-by-plate system requires a license plate number to pay for parking. Using the ParkMobile app, just enter the tag number, the zone number of the area you parked in, length of time, pay and you’re on your way. This street parking is available for $1/hour on weekdays and free after 5 p.m. and on weekends. Using the ParkMobile app allows you to renew your parking every two hours without having to return to the meter. You can also set up alerts to notify you when your parking is about to expire. Don’t have a smartphone? No problem! You can pay by coin or card at multiple sidewalk pay stations throughout Downtown.

  • For detailed information about parking in downtown Tulsa – app, rates, locations – click here to be directed to the Downtown Tulsa – Getting Around – Parking Information.
  • Street parking is available throughout downtown Tulsa, including the Tulsa Arts District, and is the recommended method for the 101 Archer Building.
  • Paid, covered public parking is available at the hotel connected to the Hyatt Regency Hotel (100 E 2nd St, Tulsa, OK 74103). This garage is open 24 hours. Approximately a 10 minute walk to 101 Archer Bldg. from this parking garage.
  • UBER IT! If you do not want to bother with parking, we suggest scheduling a taxi or uber for transportation to and from 101 Archer. Each hotel should be able to provide you with several reliable options for taxis or drivers.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
Tulsa offers many hotels. Downtown locations would be the closest to 101 ARCHER.
We do not have a preferred hotel for this conference because so many of our visitors to campus prefer to stay at a hotel chain where they are reward members. We recommend staying downtown at a hotel of your choice. Downtown Tulsa has many restaurants for your evening dinner plans. We do recommend making your hotel reservation as soon as possible because rooms will be filling up fast because of the Rt 66 Anniversary activities happening in Tulsa.
