Energy Conversations, Done Differently…ROSA ENERGY CONFERENCE…a unique place to drive change and make connections.

The ROSA ENERGY CONFERENCE is designed to bring people into energy conversations differently. This high-level, structured learning and engagement gathering has been created to help Tribal Nations, industry, government, and academia better understand the rapidly changing energy landscape. The conference explores how energy development and engagement occur in practice, while building confidence and capability for future cross‑sector interaction. Participants will engage across the full sustainable energy project lifecycle—addressing today’s challenges through open dialogue and shared learning.

The objective of this year’s conference is to help people enter energy conversations differently. Why? Because many are entering the room without a shared understanding of how energy systems actually work, how different sectors make decisions, and what respectful engagement looks like.

Because of these factors, the conference is structured as a progression around three arcs: 1) Awareness: Establishing a shared baseline of energy realities, constraints, and opportunities. 2) Understanding: Exploring how those realities are experienced across different perspectives and priorities. and 3) Engagement: Participating in structured conversations that allow for dialogue, questions, and connection.

This design supports deeper learning and relationship-building as the discussions unfold around today’s ENERGY TOPICS. Participation is embedded throughout, ensuring an experience that is interactive, collaborative, and dialogue-driven, rather than presentation-heavy.
