“A Century of Leadership: Energy Regulation at the Railroad Commission of Texas”

Speaker: Lori Wrotenbery, Director, Oil and Gas Division, Texas Railroad Commission, Austin, Texas

Lori Wrotenbery returned to Texas in January 2015 to accept the position of Director of the Oil & Gas Division for the Railroad Commission of Texas. Her prior experience includes leadership roles at the oil and gas regulatory agencies in Oklahoma and New Mexico, as well as at the Railroad Commission. Lori holds a B.A. in anthropology from Wellesley College, a B.S. in geology from the University of Texas, and a law degree from Harvard University.
