The International Petroleum Environmental Conference (IPEC), as in years past, is an opportunity to bring together petroleum environmental professionals, high-quality technical presentations, and exhibiting companies showcasing their latest technologies, products and services. With a new format, IPEC will be more engaging than ever.

We are enthusiastic to be able to continue offering this highly-respected conference that has been beneficial to professionals involved in developing and implementing technology to address and resolve petroleum environmental problems for the past 26 years. Professionals in all areas of the petroleum industry find this conference provides them with a forum to discuss various aspects of current oil and gas environmental issues with colleagues from every aspect of the petroleum industry, government and academia from across the U.S. and international locations.

However, adding the virtual platform to meet the concerns and restrictions of many, comes at a high cost. We are asking for your financial support to be able to continue with the conference this year, by being a VIRTUAL PLATFORM CORPORATE SPONSOR.

By being a corporate sponsor, a strong signal will be sent to the attendees, speakers, and exhibitors that your company is a vital part of the oil and gas industry throughout all of the ups and downs that it experiences. Your logo will be prominently displayed throughout the event where everyone will know that IPEC would not have been possible without your support.

We are looking for VIRTUAL PLATFORM CORPORATE SPONSORSHIPS at $5,000 each to help cover the cost of the technology and labor needed to provide a high-quality, well-run event.

  • Position your company as an industry leader at an event where key decision-makers are gathered
  • Increase visibility, exposure and name awareness for your company
  • Complimentary full conference participant registrations for company representatives (limit 8. Excludes speakers)

The International Petroleum Environmental Conference (IPEC) continues to be a “solid contribution to the industry’s knowledge-base.” Here is what one of our Corporate Sponsors has to say about IPEC:

“In the many years that I have been associated with and actively supported the International Petroleum Environmental Conference (IPEC), it has continually provided excellent insights concerning solutions for environmental issues we face. The conference consistently showcases presenters with high levels of expertise and knowledge representing the cutting edge of current research and practices, drawing professionals from various aspects of the industry. IPEC HISTORY:

The IPEC Conference began bringing professionals together to discuss ‘real-life’ solutions to environmental problems of a technical, legal and regulatory nature back in March of 1994. That focus continues today. The first conference was held in Houston, Texas with less than 100 in attendance. Just one section of a ballroom held the 60 technical presentations from a variety of industry, government and academic institutions. Today, the conference has grown to needing space for 3 or 4 concurrent technical sessions; exhibition hall, plenary session and various networking events.
