Mr. Pollett brings a rare and comprehensive perspective to U.S. LNG shipping, natural gas pipelines, biofuels, combining extensive experience in energy law, energy projects, and business develop. He is a licensed attorney in Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, and Georgia, a licensed geoscientist in Texas, and a proctor in maritime law. He holds an MS and BS in Geology from the University of Georgia, a Master’s in International Business Management from Pepperdine University, and a Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law, New Orleans.

With over 15 years of domestic and international legal experience, Pollett has served clients at the senior counsel, manager, and director levels. As an attorney, he has supported pipeline projects across the full project lifecycle, including onshore and offshore pipelines, both in the U.S. and abroad. His energy experience spans major companies such as Eni, Wilson Offshore & Marine, McDermott, Technip, Entergy, Amoco, Texaco, Nabors, and a Shell-Exxon joint venture in Germany (BEB Erdgas und Erdöl).

Pollett has contributed to numerous high-profile projects, including:
