Sponsor will provide TU-CESE with logo, flyer, etc. when requested, meeting all set deadlines.
Once this form is received in our office, we will contact you with instructions on how to make payment with cc via the university's secure online payment portal. Payment is due immediately after receiving the payment instructions to lock-in your rate and place in line. All monies paid by Sponsor shall be deemed full earned and non-refundable at the time of payment. If you much cancel, submit a withdraw from being an exhibitor, submit a written request via email to cese@utulsa.edu. TU-CESE will at its discretion in conversation with sponsor determine if any part of the fee will be refunded.
