This course, instructed by Jeff Wilkie, introduces both emotional and physical aspects of change in an organizational/business context. It provides necessary background information on why and how change occurs for the tactical and strategic business leader to incorporate strategies to deal with the behaviors and attitudes that present themselves in times of slow, rapid and chaotic change.

The curriculum is designed to provide insight to the different theoretical models and stages of change and provide ready to use tools and techniques for leading and facilitating the organization through constant changes, making the transition less painful.
