Organizational change is constant and one of the most difficult items for people to handle.
This 2 1/2 day course introduces both emotional and physical aspects of change in an organizational context. The purpose is to provide necessary background information on why and how change occurs for the tactical and strategic business leader to incorporate strategies to deal with the behaviors and attitudes that present themselves in times of slow, rapid and chaotic change.
The curriculum is designed to take managers through the different theoretical models and stages of change and provide proven, practical and ready to use tools and techniques for leading and facilitating the organization in a positive way during this time.
