Larry Payne has over 50 years of experience in construction and operations of oil and gas pipelines. Mr. Payne’s first 20 years was focused on engineering design of products and services with five patents on pipeline inspection tools, cleaning tools, and hydrotesting techniques.
Presentation Abstract:
Gas emissions have always been a problem when drilling for oil and gas and when operating gas pipelines. With the increase in government regulation and our environmental concerns, we continue to look for ways to reduce these emissions. We will discuss these subjects in this presentation.
