Engineering is a hard science, while communication is considered a soft skill (and dismissed as such). The truth is, just like with hard sciences, there are principles that lead to the desired results. This course focuses on these often hidden, but well-validated, principles of interpersonal communication that lead to better results. As the Peter Drucker quote describes, technical leaders cannot escape the reality that business results stem from people working in alignment to achieve them. This course will teach participants four cornerstone principles of effective communication.
