The EPA and USACE have finalized another Waters of the US rule, published in the Federal Register on 1/18/2023. This presentation will discuss the details found in this rule, which will become effective on March 20, 2023, assuming no legal challenges happen before then.
BIO:
Mr. Patyk, Senior Discipline Lead at Dunaway Associates L.P., has a broad range of experience in the environmental field. He attained both a BS and an MA in environmental science from Texas Christian University and holds a certification as a Certified Professional in Stormwater Quality. He is tasked with leading the Environmental team in serving a wide range of clients including oil/gas, residential developers, commercial developers, and municipalities. Mr. Patyk has over 15 years of experience in biological surveys, wetland delineations, Section 404 permitting, stormwater compliance, water rights permitting, threatened and endangered species, GIS mapping services, and more.
